Once upon a time the presidents, prime ministers and chancellors were the same as you. They went to university, worked, played. After graduating from university and started their advance up the career ladder, these people have created their own style. Wearing a formal suit and tie or a skirt to the knee and court shoes, they have limited our ability to judge what they really are.
